Tea plantation and rain forest trip to srimangal

Srimongol- the Tea capital of Bangladesh is about 191 km. from Dhaka by well-connected metal road takes onle 4 hours. The tea plantation, Rubber garden and the beautiful Madhabpur lake always attracts by the foreign tourists. The Lauawachara rain forest is the home of Hollock Gibbons as tropical rain forest of Bangladesh, Macaque, horn bills and many other rare animals and birds. Day 01: Start from Dhaka in the morning at around 6.30 am by train about to Srimangal – a countries of “Two leaves and a bud “ the huge quantities of high quality tea production center of  Bangladesh. after arrival guide will take you to the Srimangal resort In the afternoon drive to a nearby tea plantation and visit the Manipuri and Khashia tribal village to know their life style: agriculture, weaving and betel leave farmer. in the late afternoon visit Madhobpur Dam ( lake ) surrounded by high hills and view of Tripura hills. on way back to resort you find scenic beauty of tea garden, rubber garden & betel nut tree. relaxed in the special tea stall to experienced five layer tea / green tea.

Day02: early in the morning walking into the Lawacharra rain forest to observe the many species of Birds, insects, endangered wild animal. it is the home of “ Hollock Gibbons “ as tropical rain forest of Bangladesh. Here, you find many species of birds which is more interesting by the birds watchers. you find most greenest areas by the tea garden, rubber plantation, pine-apple plantation is more attracted by a naturalists. After breakfast completing two hours drive to Madhobkunda waterfalls ( biggest waterfalls of region). you may trekking to hills ( 200ft. ), start return drive back to Dhaka, on way stop to take the picture of peasants activities, dinner will be served from high way restaurant. arrive at around 10:30 pm at your nominated pick up point.
